Welcome to Be Free Holistic Bodywork! My mission is to help people discover, engage, and renew the freedom and enjoyment of their bodies through therapeutic bodywork.
It is my goal in every session to help open the client to greater possibilities, while simultaneously releasing that which they no longer need. I believe that the body, mind and soul are inseparable; so I combine deep tissue, neuromuscular, integrative and shiatsu styles of bodywork to address each client’s whole being.
I offer a very thorough massage and aim to address each client’s needs on the physical, as well as emotional and energetic levels. A typical session incorporates both treatment-oriented and whole body energy work. For this reason, I encourage 90-minute sessions, which allow adequate time to address your specific needs, goals and concerns, and to address each client holistically while still giving special attention to the areas that need it.
If this is your first massage with me, I encourage you to take advantage of the extra intake time that I offer for no extra cost. This ensures that I get to know YOU and your specific needs, so that I can provide a session that will best support you in your goals.
